Lamberts Restaurant is a 50 cover modern British Restaurant in Balham SW12.  Ever since we opened in 2002 we have received Rave reviews online.  We are rated in the top 50 restaurants in the UK by Hardens, have 5 stars in Time Out and are in the Michelin Guide.
We specialise in seasonal British food and are looking for a Chef de Partie with a real passion for food and an ambition to be an integral part of one of the best restaurants in South West London.

To apply for the job you will need.

At least 2 years experience as a CDP at a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard.
A hands on approach
A broad knowledge of British Seasonal produce.
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude
Excellent management and people skills.
At least level 2 hygiene training
