Mews of Mayfair is a unique hideaway tucked away in a historical Mews in the heart of Mayfair. Established in 2006, it has built a reputation for contemporary British cuisine, sustainability and the use of fresh, local produce. From a busy courtyard, the brasserie and several private event spaces, we serve a wide range of clientele 7 days a week.
We are currently recruiting for a talented chef de partie  that is hardworking, creative and passionate about great food. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive team that treats everyone like family.
We want your enthusiasm, creativity and passion for hospitality, and in return we offer a competitive salary with great benefits and rewards. A working week will be 7 shifts spread over 4-5 days.
The ideal candidate will have:

Good command of the English language
Minimum of one year previous experience in similar position and similar establishment.
A hardworking team player with  integrity and pride.
A good understanding of seasonal produce and cooking methods.
