Located on the strand opposite the iconic Royal courts of justice the George requires a talented CDP to join our small but established team.
With great transport links and prominently placed the George, and Pig and Goose restaurant has gained a reputation for serving great pub classics in the bar area and  a fine dining menu in the open kitchen  upstairs in the restaurant.
We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to join our team and deliver our bar menu with the view that in time you will join the team delivering the fine dining restaurant menu. Both our menus change frequently to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes.
The majority of our menu is made on site with only few items bought in. The bar menu is the more traditional of the two menus we offer so we are looking for a chef who has a background in delivering this style menu but who wants to, in time work on the restaurant menu.
We are part of a small group of pubs and restaurants whose goal is to have the best offer and service around.
