Chef de Partie needed for PJ's Bar and Grill Chelsea.

PJ's Bar and Grill is part of one of the largest independent Restaurant and Bar Groups in the UK. Located near South Kensington, we are a successful, busy and well established operation renowned for serving great food and great drinks, with friendly and professional service in a convivial atmosphere.

We have an opportunity for an experienced CDP to join the existing team at this famous Chelsea Bar and Restaurant.

We are very proud of our high standard of service and quality of offer, both in terms of food and presentation. We are looking for staff who will share our passion, be enthusiastic, work in a team and have fun.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage a section of the kitchen
• Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld.
• Keeping your section clean and organised.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu

The successful candidate:
• Will have experience at the level of application.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service timings at all times.
• Ability to run your own section, including ordering.
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of motivation.
• Control stock rotation and minimise wastage on your section.
