We want you to join one of the most intimate modern Italian counter dining restaurants in Central London's Soho – Evelyn’s Table at The Blue Posts. The newest opening from a team with a long list of awards, as Chef de Partie you will join the restaurant team behind Central London’s new 11-seat kitchen counter. Siblings Zoë and Layo along with all the team make places that we want to go to, built on the foundation of quality and warm hospitality.
The kitchen environment
You will join an intimate, high-level kitchen - personality and good customer service are essential with our open kitchen bar serving the food of Modern Southern Europe hidden away in the cellar of The Blue Posts in the buzz of Central London's Soho.
This is our most ambitious restaurant in terms of the culinary prowess and, having won The Observer’s Restaurant of The Year for The Palomar, we’ve hoping to achieve a great deal here.
Develop your technique; Chef de Partie’s learn to make daily fresh pasta and work with the freshest sea food off the dayboats of Looe in Cornwall.
Cook dishes like Malfati, Palourde clams, mussels, chilli; Rack of Lamb, anchovies, pickled hops, purple sprouting; or our daily specials from the Looe Market Dayboats.
As a Chef de Partie you’ll have support from a small but supremely talented brigade of 6 chefs and our Head Chef Luke Robinson @gullychef.
We’re an expanding group with The Barbary, Jacob the Angel and The Blue Posts all opening their doors in the last 18 months – this means opportunity to grow and develop your career in the kitchen.
Our benefits
Chef de Partie’s earn up to £26,000/annum dependant on experience.
Financial support for development courses and qualifications.
Discounts across the group including 50% off Time Out London’s current number 1 restaurant The Barbary, Jacob the Angel and our flagship restaurant The Palomar.
