We are a southern Italian inspired restaurant focusing on fresh seasonal produce. Our menu consists of small plates, fresh pasta and meats grilled in a wood fired Josper.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced chef with the capability of running a section in a fast paced environment with a focus on food quality and health and safety. We are open 7 nights a week for dinner service with an additional lunch service on Sunday. They must be happy to work in a small, close knit kitchen team with a family atmosphere.
