We are looking for a chef for our Brasserie style Restaurant in Borough Market.

We are a busy Fish restaurant with take away.
The role:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who can work 7 shifts over 5 days, with a flexible Rota averaging 45 hours per week.
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment, have a passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards with the knowledge of food hygiene.
