This fantastic restaurant is looking for chef de partie with experience in Italian cooking and ideally with fresh pasta experience for this restaurant with an open plan kitchen that is very popular and busy, based in central London The simple menu is based around on Antipasti and Fresh Pasta dishes, made daily  You will run a busy section serving 80 covers for lunch and up to 200 for dinner Your background will be in Italian cooking as chef de partie with experience of making and cooking fresh pasta and working in quality restaurants with volume experience There are opportunities to further progress as they look to open up another site next year You will be working within a team of 8 chefs Starting salary is 25-27k for chef de partie.
