Clos Maggiore are looking for a Chef de Partie
Clos Maggiore is a French fine dining restaurant awarded a 3 AA Rosette standard for many years and we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie already working at Michelin star or 3 AA Rosette standard who is willing to learn and develop to help the restaurant not only maintain, but improve, its already good reputation of serving fine seasonal dishes. We print our menu daily according to the market and season so you will have an amazing opportunity to constantly learn new skills whilst developing your current set. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn from a professional team lead by qualified head chef and sous chef.
