Since January 2011, rhubarb have been at the Royal Albert Hall providing all food and drink at one of the world’s most iconic venues. The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, Verdi Italian Kitchen, Coda by Eric Chavot and Elgar Bar and Grill, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and offers seated dinners for up to 2000 guests on a special raised floor in the auditorium.
Verdi – Italian Kitchen, open for lunch and dinner, serves pizzas, pasta and traditional Italian desserts paired with cocktails and wines.
We are recruiting a self-motivated Chef de Partie for Verdi Italian Kitchen, who is ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium environment.
Job role

As Chef de Partie Chef you will be working with other chefs in all other sections within the kitchen such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
Maintain a hygienic work station, rotate ingredients, and clean equipment and pizza ovens.
Prepare ingredients, sauce and dough and assemble pizzas according to standards and orders.
experience of handling dough is essential.

Candidate profile

You will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
You will possess excellent communication skills in English.
You will be an excellent team player and listen to directions.
