The Bolingbroke Pub and Dining Room in Clapham Junction is a busy gastropub, focused on providing high quality food and drinks, using locally sourced, seasonal, fresh produce. We are currently looking for a gastropub level, experienced Chef De Partie to join our team.
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a positive attitude who takes care and pride in their work. They will possess great leadership skills, be able to follow instruction well whilst working as part of a team and always drive for excellent standards.
You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of one of the areas within the kitchen, ensuring everything is ready for service and support the running of the pass.
