The job role of Overnight Chef de Partie:
Duck and Waffle are looking for a dynamic Overnight Chef de Partie to join the very successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and can offer an uncompromised guest service to each of our guests.
The Overnight Chef de Partie will work alongside the overnight brigade in ensuring the quality, detail and service in the kitchen remains at an elevated level at all times. You will also work alongside the senior team on menu development and will be expected to confidently use sustainable and local produce.

The ideal candidate for Overnight Chef de Partie:

Previous experience as Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie in a high end hospitality business.
experience working in a fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage.
Exposure to British/European cuisine is advantageous, but not essential.
Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday on Overnight shifts.
Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality.
