CHEF DE PARTIE - London Bounce is a unique brand with two venues situated in London and one in Chicago. In a beautifully designed space the venues feature 17 bespoke Ping pong tables (one of which was used in the London 2012 Olympic final), a restaurant with a modern European inspired menu, and a stunning full cocktail bar that takes centre stage.Due to its incredible success we are looking for experienced Chef De Parties to join our team at both venues.The role:
To work as a Chef de Partie and looking after your own section as part of a strong and well organised team of chefs in a high volume venueTo have a real passion for working with fresh foodTo have the ability to consistently produce and maintain exceptionally high quality cuisine according to our specification Check and put away deliveries as required.
