What we’re looking for:

You’re detailed: Do you care about the detail? We do. People love our food because we really care about how it is made! From taking in deliveries to plating our dishes we always aim to do things right.
You’re on it:  Prep list to finish, deep cleaning jobs to organise, a delivery turns up late and needs checking off and a table of 10 walk in for lunch - you’re not fazed - you take it all in your stride with a smile.
You’re a team player: You’re reliable and turn up on time, clean and tidy and in a good mood.

What we need:

You’re experienced: You’ve worked as a chef de partie previously or as a junior sous chef. You have experience managing a shift in the kitchen and organising a team to get prep complete, set up for service and then lead the service from the pass.
You’re committed: we have FT and PT opportunities – for both you need to be available for a minimum of 6 months.
