A fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP to be part of the dynamic kitchen brigade of a 100-cover restaurant, based in Marylebone, London. OPSO is a multi awarded restaurant, offering an all day dining experience. We pride ourselves in sourcing high quality and exclusive ingredients from Greece and creating innovative dishes based on traditional recipes, using modern cooking techniques. Serving, brunch, lunch and dinner, with an approximate 300 covers per day, the restaurant offers a creative and welcoming environment in which chefs of all levels will enhance their skills and experience working with a Head Chef looking to show creative flair in his menus.

Our awarded Executive Head chefs are extremely talented and anyone working with them will learn many new techniques and will improve on their skills.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with relevant experience, a strong desire to create great food, and the talent to work effectively within the team to provide excellent service. This is an ideal opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to develop quickly to a more senior role within a fast-paced kitchen.
