Chef De Partie – New Mon-Fri European Brasserie – W London £25kSalary based on 50 hours pw working Monday-Friday 10am starts and 10pm finish!Our client runs this new European brasserie serving seasonal all day dining menus and based in West London You will be joining a small dedicated team of chefs working closely with the chef owners who come from a background of working in high end Michelin restaurants The kitchen uses artisan and small suppliers to get the best ingredients and the menu is changed according to what’s best in season whilst utilising their charcoal oven for cooking steaks and whole fish They are recruiting chef de parties who want to join this small kitchen team and be part of a growing company from the start whilst learning from top Michelin experienced chefs Hours are Monday- Friday starting from 10am and finishing 10pm latest with a break in between and based on 50 hoursAs chef de partie you must have a stable career to date either as CDP or Demi chef de partie ready to step up and run a section alone. You will have a fresh food background preparing everything from scratch and be reliable with the right work attitude to progress and learn your craft Trials and interviews are held the same day and immediate starts are available or with due notice Tronc will be added to the basic salary once established Send your CV today You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
