They are looking for a solid  chef de partie that has a background working within fine dining and ideally with working experience or an interest in quality Vegan cuisine and can run busy sections as required in the main kitchen The restaurant serves a range of fresh vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as healthy fresh pressed juices for people on the go. It is ethical in how it sources food, deals with waste, and treats its staffAs chef de partie you will have a proven and stable career to date within quality restaurants and volume backgrounds and an interest in cooking a healthy plant based menu The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can serve over 300 covers all day You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted and available to interview and trial on site.
