Chef de Partie – Unique Pan Asian Restaurant - £25,000 – 7 Shifts.
Our client is a distinctive Pan Asian restaurant which is offering up to £25,000 for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen of highly experienced Chefs. The oriental fusion menu that this restaurant has developed has influences of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and other cuisines. This restaurant is part of a highly regarded group, with international restaurants as well as a solid base in the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion or interest in Pan Asian cuisine, to gain the training from highly skilled chefs with extensive experience within the area. A Pan Asian background is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A passion for cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
·A professional and hard-working attitude.
·Commitment and loyalty.
·Being able to run a section confidently and efficiently in a restaurant which can range from 100-300 covers.
·Confidence in presenting ideas to the Head Chef.
·Confident in maintaining stock control and waste management.
·Good level of spoken English.
