Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with an understanding of Eastern European Cuisine looking for an exciting new opportunity?
FHG are currently working with an independently owned Eastern European restaurant in London to recruit a strong CDP/Jr Sous Chef.
The restaurant serves a fantastic Eastern European menu focussing on classics from Russia, Poland and Georgia. The restaurant also has a renowned vodka bar with over 60 varieties of homemade vodkas.
The Chef de Partie/Jr Sous Chef will work closely with the Senior Chefs to oversee the kitchen team managing a section ensuring that standards are met as well as being involved in menu development and overseeing HACCP.
Chef de Partie's should have a proven track record of success in high volume establishments and a very strong grounding in Eastern European flavours.
The role is based on a 5/7 basis, with a basic salary of up to £24k - £26k doe.
Chef de Parties/Jr Sous Chefs should be eligible to live and work in the UK and due to the high volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
