Passionate Chef de partie or Commis chefs needed for our independent steakhouse and cocktail bar in Twickenham! We butcher, bake, smoke and age our meat, cure bacon, make our own sausages and more. We just haven't taught our chefs to lay eggs yet! Lots of Toys and techniques to use! It's hard work but very interesting and educating if you are into your food!
