Chef de partie required for a restaurant in the cotswolds (Stow-on-the-Wold area). Live in, £21-23k + £3k service, LIVE IN. We are working with a fresh food restaurant in the cotswolds, the restaurant serves a good range of produce.

The role:
As chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, running one of the sections, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook fresh food to order in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

experience:
