Skills Required
• Great cooking skills, confident in running sections. Able, reliable and consistent.
• Professional, organised and good communicator.
• Input into du jour and Private dining menus.
• Good attitude and the ability to work alone and within a team essential.
Your Reward:
Good salary £25k circa plus service charge.
