ROKA - Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for experienced Chef De Parties to join the ROKA family.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Chef de Partie is really important!
The Chef de Partie Role:
We are looking for chefs who want to develop their careers and learn new skills in a friendly and fast paced kitchen environment.
Candidates will ideally have 3 - 4 years previous experience, working in a busy kitchen and large team, preferably within Asian cuisine, have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills.
