The Bulls Head Hotel, is the best place to work in the whole of Kent ( that's what we think anyway ! ) And we are looking for an amazing Chef De Partie to join our busy and friendly kitchen team.
You should be passionate about delivering the best possible plate of food every time and you should have an interest in assisting the head and sous chefs in creating and developing seasonal specials.
In our kitchen you will be working with Bar Meals, Seasonal specials, A la Carte menu, BBQ's, Banqueting menus, Snacks, Breakfasts and Buffets.  All our food is freshly made and prepared in our kitchens.  This is a great opportunity to learn from our wonderful head Chef, and there is also real  opportunities for career progression within our company,
You should be used to a busy kitchen, be able to work under pressure and at high speed, whilst remaining calm, and preferably cheerful  !  We don't do shouting in our kitchen  !
If you have a great work ethic, and a enjoy working as a part of a busy but happy team, then this is the job for you !
We are an iconic pub offering a large varied menu. We have a Main bar offering a friendly family environment and a Lounge Bar with a more relaxed feel to it. We also have a Garden bar open in the summer months.
As well as the bars we have a separate Restaurant and Tea Room, private function room for weddings and celebrations. We also have 15 stylish hotel bedrooms.
