Milk has built a cult like following in its 6 years and we are proud to be recognised as one of the best cafe/restaurants in London. We are looking for a strong chef de partie to join our young team for our newest venture MILK TEETH in Tooting Broadway.

We are incredibly proud of what our kitchen team produces and at MILK TEETH we aim to serve the most creative, forward thinking and undeniably delicious food we possibly can. We have a focus on small independent suppliers and use only the best products. We have been proud to attract some of the brightest and best chefs alongside developing and growing those who wish to learn.  It is important our chefs want to work in an interesting and creative kitchen, we also offer opportunities to take part in some one off evenings we do with our friends, natural wine importers Tutto Wines and Otros Vinos.

We serve specialty coffees roasted by the Barn in Berlin and Koppi along with great list of minimal intervention wines and craft Beers.

What we are looking for:

At least 2 years experience in a similar kitchen.
An unshakable, down to earth, positive attitude.
A desire to learn and develop
Fastidious attention to detail
Reliability, maturity and punctuality.
Excellent English communication skills
