Chef de Partie Required For Amazing Restaurant Situated In Surbiton, Surrey.

Our client is a leading award-winning Restaurant situated in Surbiton, and a rare opportunity has become available for a Chef de Partie to join their talented Brigade. My client specialises in modern French Cuisine and is one of the best in the area.
As Chef de Partie your role initially will be working Larder, and then like every CDP in the brigade you will work on every section, spending 3-4 months on each one.​

Key Responsibilities will include:

Work within a team and manage a section within the kitchen.
Implementing and assisting new recipes and menus.
Report to senior members of the team
