The ideal candidate will:
-Have experience at Michelin-starred or similar level.
-Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen
-Be able to lead a team
-Have excellent levels of food safety and hygiene.
We are a small, dynamic and hardworking team, looking to create the highest quality, original British menus.
