Manicomio Cafe has an opportunity for a confident and professional Chef de Partie to join the small team at this busy cafe in the heart of Chelsea. The cafe has acquired a phenomenal reputation in the neighbourhood over 15 years and prides itself in producing and appetising range of daily fresh dishes including salads, pastas, pizzas and homemade desserts utilising the finest of free range and organic ingredients - on the Duke of York Square, close to Sloane Square.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have:

Current / previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in Quality establishments.
Highly motivated with a passion for working in a quality led operation.
A willingness to work in a supportive and structured environment.
