Full Time Chef de Partie needed for a new vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Peckham Rye. Wildflower is part of the exciting new Peckham Levels development, offering fantastic, affordable and imaginative food in a great setting.

What we are looking for

-A genuine passion for seasonal produce and vegetarian/vegan cooking.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality cuisine at Chef de Partie level.
-The ability to run the pass on quieter shifts.
-Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
-Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
