We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Fish! Kitchen in Kingston.
ABOUT US: We are a busy Fish restaurant with take away, Fishmonger and smoker attached.
THE ROLE: We are looking for a Chef de Partie who can work 7 shifts over 5 days, (closed normally Sunday and Monday) with a flexible Rota. You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment, have a passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards with the knowledge of food hygiene.
