Chef de Partie at Coda by Eric Chavot at the Royal Albert Hall, South Kensington.
Since January 2011,   rhubarb have been at the Royal Albert Hall providing all food and drink at one of the world’s most iconic venues. The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 dining spaces: Verdi Italian Kitchen, Coda by Eric Chavot, Elgar Bar and Grill, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and offers seated dinners for up to 2000 guests on a special raised floor in the auditorium.

Michelin-awarded chef Eric Chavot brings his gastronomic expertise to Coda at the Royal Albert Hall, with a menu of delicious, seasonal dishes inspired by his love of traditional French cooking. At Coda, the food takes centre stage, with a commitment to using the very best produce, cooked simply with imagination.

We are recruiting a self motivated Chef de Partie, who is ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium environment.

Job role

Working as Chef De Partie you will be producing bespoke dishes for our amazing restaurant.
Excellent knowledge of British Cuisine and European.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in the restaurants.
Able to carry out orders handed down by the sous chef and head chef.
Work with other chefs in all other sections within the kitchen.
Your role will not be limited to Chef De Partie as you will float in the kitchen between all sections when needed.

Candidate profile

You are able to commit to flexible work pattern undertaking evening shifts as well as weekend work.
Exceptional cooking skills.
You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
You will be an excellent team player and listen to directions.
