Oblix - Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for full time Chef de Partie to join the Oblix family, locatedon the 32nd floor of The Shard.

Rainer Becker, the creative force behind London’s Zuma and Roka, brings you Oblix in the iconic Shard. Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge.
This means that your role as Chef de Partie is really important!
The Chef de Partie Role:
Candidates will ideally have 3 - 4 years previous experience working in a busy kitchen in London ideally having worked across all sections. You will also work with the other chefs to deliver menu items of the highest quality.
Ideally we are looking for Chef de Patries who are passionate about food with a desire to learn and progress within the company.
