Sumosan Twiga opened its doors in Sloane Street, Knightsbridge in 2021. We operate over three floors with an Italian and Japanese restaurant, bar and club. We offer a high quality of service, atmosphere, drinks and food.

As we are increasingly busy we are looking to recruit more chefs. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional and passionate team members to fill the positions of Chef de Partie, Demi Chef and Commis Chefs in our Japanese section of the kitchen.

The successful candidates will preferably have previous experience in a similar busy environment. experience from a Japanese kitchen is a definite plus, however we will give all the training needed for the right candidate.
