Chef De Partie: £25K ~ £27K depending on experience (based on 7 shift a week. Any overtime shifts worked, are paid on top of salary)
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a bright, creative and enthusiastic experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Chelsea Arts Club, in Chelsea.
We only use the best seasonal ingredients, and menus change regularly to reflect that.
The head Chef has an impeccable Michelin star background, making this is an opportunity to learn new skills and techniques in a creative and supportive environment. The dinning rooms are very busy and strikingly successful, but the club prides itself on its friendly but focused atmosphere.
There is a genuine work/ life balance for all staff, and the kitchen has recently undergone complete refurbishment.
You will be expected to run your own section, be willing to develop, be focused and show control, but above all, you will cook by example. Ideally you will have experience of working in a kitchen with AA Rosettes (or similar)
