Prince Blucher The Prince Blucher located in Twickenham, the home of English Rugby, caters perfectly for its varied customer base. The pub occupies a lovely spot on the town green in a residential area attracts a strong regular customer base. During the game season the Blucher also pulls in a big rugby crowd from further afield and maximises this trade with a popular outside bar and BBQ. Our staff need to be able to adapt quickly and are able to move from offering fantastic table service in the restaurant and greeting regulars in the bar to moving fast without compromising service during a busy Rugby day when the bar is deep with customers. Prince Blucher - KitchenA traditional pub close to Twickenham stadium, the Prince Blucher is naturally big on sport - rugby fans pour in for pints on matchdays. Through the week it's a calmer spot, serving Ales and fresh food to a loyal local crowd. Could you sharpen our focus on fresh food?
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a key ingredient in the success of our busy kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious dishes with an emphasis on freshness.
We take food seriously at Fuller’s, so you’ll be working with fresh, seasonal, local ingredients – supporting other talented, experienced chefs to deliver a great experiences every time.

We will offer you training and support to gain your hygiene qualifications and build your knowledge of food but you’ll need people skills too. Chef De Partie is responsible for the junior roles in the kitchen - giving you a great chance to develop the leadership tendencies you need to advance your catering career.
You must be an excellent team player, calm under pressure.
You’ll have great communication skills
You’ll have a real love of food, and set yourself high standards.
