We are a busy restaurant and bar in Victoria and a CDP to help drive our kitchen.

We offer seasonal, freshly made British Food in a brasserie style environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef, interested in a rewarding working environment, career progression and the chance to work with British, seasonal produce. Ideally you are a chef de Partie or an experienced Commis chef looking to take the next step in your career.

Ideal Chef de Partie Candidates:

·Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen.
·Ability to work under pressure
·Creative and passionate about new ingredients.
·Knowledgeable and adaptable to new menus.
