Chef de Partie required for Skylark - a unique, high-end park café in SW London.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at our lovely and busy park café.
Skylark is an independent café in a beautiful location in the centre of Wandsworth Common providing breakfast, lunch and bakery seven days a week. We work hard and take pride in our teamwork to produce consistently great food for our loyal and growing customer base. All our food is cooked fresh from scratch. We use very high-quality ingredients to produce dishes which are delicious and beautifully presented.
We are particularly busy at weekends (150–250 covers per day) and are looking for a CDP to work principally on the hot section and to be a core member of the team during busy services. You must be suitably experienced to take on a CDP role, in particular have:

Excellent organisation skills both for your own section and to coordinate with other sections.
Great attention to detail and work ethic
The ability to effectively communicate both with the kitchen team and the front of house team.
The ability to manage tickets on busy services and run the pass from time to time.
Evidence of a Level 2 Food Hygiene level of qualification.

You must have availability for Friday, Saturday and Sundays with around 40 hours per week. Shifts are generally between 8am-6pm. This role is paid at a rate of between £10–£12 per hour (pending experience), including holidays and a share of service charges. Part-time shifts are also available. You must have proof of your right to work in the UK.
