Bennett Hay are looking for an ambitious and creative Chef de Partie to join us in delivering our exciting and innovative food offer at high profile location in London.
You will be working with the team running a modern café bar providing a high street offer in the style of Ottolenghi, Caravan, Shake Shack etc… and the street food style of Dinerama and Exmouth street market , so we like pop ups and and great food to go.
Our 5 star hospitality service reflects the best Michelin starred restaurants, ranging from breakfasts to sandwich lunches, canapé events and private dining.
We use only the very best ingredients from high quality suppliers we know and trust. The focus is on nutrition and innovation, using modern styles.
What we are looking for;
Solid craft skills and a willingness to learn.
Modern and on trend Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for food.
Ability to deliver consistent food every time to every client.
Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
A team player, you will be dependable and calm under pressure.
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 and have at least 5 years relevant experience in hotel, restaurant or contract catering.
What we offer.
A starting salary of £25,500, working Monday to Friday only, 40 hours per week, on a shift pattern of 7am-3:30pm, or 1:30pm to 10pm.
28 Days holidays per year (including public holidays).
Contributing to the community is important to us, so you will be given 2 additional days of paid leave to participate in a volunteering scheme.
