Chef de partie – 5* Luxury Boutique London Hotel - £25,000 – 6 shifts.
Our client is a luxurious 5* Hotel in Central London, which is offering £25,000 for a Chef de partie. The food served is of 5* standards and uses only the finest fresh ingredients. This position requires a Chef de partie with experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel Kitchen, ideally grill section experience. The kitchen creates and serves dishes to the high standards expected by guests of the hotel up to 150 covers.
Every chef in this team works with the best seasonal ingredients and has excellent opportunities to learn and progress, as well as have personal menu input. The chefs work 6 shifts per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5* Hotel.
·A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
·Ambition and a desire to learn and progress in an exciting kitchen environment.
·Confidence when working under pressure in an a la Carte kitchen.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Eligibility to work in the UK.
·Grill section experience is an advantage.
