Chef de Partie - Iconic All Day Dining Restaurant - 25,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Establishment: 5* Hotel - Rising 3AARestaurantAverage Covers: 500 + Covers per day Cuisine: modern European with French influences Brigade: 45 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Jubilee and Central)Salary: 18,000 basic + 7,000 tronc Shifts: 4 days per week Last orders: 11:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Chef de Partie to work on a section (to be decided after the trial shift).* Someone who has a strong background cooking in award winning restaurants and hotels.* A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work under pressure.* A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.* A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.* Previous experience cooking in large volume food to a Rosette level would be ideal.
