We are looking for an enthusiastic chef to join our passionate team here at Tidalwave Bars.
Started in 2011 by friends Ross, Angus and Crusoe, Tidalwave Bars are a growing business consiting of The Colonel Fawcett, The Smugglers Tavern and The Sir Colin Campbell. We specialise in pubs with an independent feel, a warm welcome and fantastic food and drink offer.
We have been established across North London for our focus on fine dining and excellent British food, picking up many awards such as The Observer Food Monthly Best Sunday Lunch, Evening Standard Best Roast and much much more.
Everything here is made from scratch – nothing bought in so you’ll also learn a great deal from our brilliantly talented team and hopefully we will help you develop and move up the ranks in the kitchen.

This role would suit a commis chef looking to step up or CDPs after a new challenge. If this appeals to you then please get in touch!
£9.50 - £10 Per hour (dependent on experience)
40 Hours per week, possibly more when required.
Fluent English is a must.
