We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie in Soho, London for an immediate start. We are paying up to £9.50 per hour as well as other great benefits such as:

We are a growing group of four unique, award-winning Peruvian restaurants based in London, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests. Casita Andina is a vibrant 66 cover restaurant in the heart of Soho split over two floors serving food inspired by the Andes, especially Cusco. Since opening in July 2021 it has received great reviews, a Rosette and continues to grow its fan base.
For the role of Chef de Partie previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie would be preferred and you would be responsible for:
-setting up and running a section during service
-supporting the Head and Sous Chefs
-Developing and leading the commis chefs
