Chef de Partie role overview:* The ideal Chef de Partie will take pride working in The Promenade, frequently referred to as the drawing room of Mayfair' since opening in 1931* You will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to award winning afternoon tea* Together with the Senior Chef de Partie or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section.
