Chef de Partie

You will need to be a perfectionist with a desire to progress, with a positive work ethic and a passion for food.
Job requirements –
- Prepare and cook sufficient food with minimum wastage
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen operation
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
- Able to work quickly and efficiently with good consistency
- Assist in completion of relevant paperwork reproduction and wastage sheets, cleaning records etc.
- You should be able to work as a team member and have the flexibility to move from one station to another.
- You must ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are the highest quality always.

- Ideally you should have an NVQ Level 2 together with experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- The right candidate ideally would have at least 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- £9 - £10 per hour
