North African/Mediterranean - Mayfair - 25kWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Establishment: Award Winning Contemporary Restaurant Average Covers: 200 + for dinner Cuisine: modern European, with north African influences Brigade: 20 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Mayfair (Central, Bakerloo, Victoria, Picadilly and Jubliee Lines)Salary: 25,000Shifts: 5 straight shifts per week (3:00pm until close)Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent and passionate Chef de Partie to work on a section determined after a working trial.* A competent chef de partie who can work well under pressure.* A good team player with a proven track record working within the same role.* The ideal chef de partie will need at least three years experience working in reputable restaurants/hotels.* A Jnr Sous Chef that is organised, calm and can work well within a large team.* Previous experience cooking Mediterranean or African cuisine would desirable for this role.
