We’re looking for Chef de Partie to join our small but friendly team for immediate start.
The Williams is a lil’ East London Boozer, tucked between the busy City and the artistic Spitalfields. Priding ourselves on our extensive ale and cider collection – with 14 handpumps or gravity pulled ale and cider – as well as a menu of traditional British food comprising mostly of fish and chips, burgers and Pies.
Our pub is all about the people – the staff and the locals – so we’re more interested in who you are and what makes you tick. If you can see yourself in a small team and who has a get-the-job-done-brilliantly determination, then the Williams is the place for you.
Previous kitchen experience is essential - all training will be provided and option to join the on the job apprenticeship scheme. As long as you’re a fast learner who can keep calm under pressure and keen to be part of a hard-working team, then that’s fine by us too.

Who are we, anyway?
We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short), and we know a good pub when we see one. All our pubs have something about them: old Victorian buildings with wood panelling and classic horseshoe bars, fitted out and kitted up so they’re just right (never shabby, but not too shiny, either).
