North Audley Cantine is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team.

Based on North Audley Street in Mayfair NAC has a capacity for up to 60 covers in the main restaurant and terrace as well as an intimate 20 cover cocktail bar in the lower ground floor.
The restaurant is young and vibrant with the clientele to match. Our menu focuses on quality, carefully sourced ingredients, innovative cooking techniques and an evolving menu a with influences from France, Asia and Brazil.
The Owner was a Chef graduated from Paul Bocuse school in Lyon, and a sous chef for Jean Francois Piege in Paris.
