Chef De Partie at Crucial Food
Full time (40 hour per week)
5 days out of 7 Rota
We are looking for a hard working chef de partie with excellent English (both written and spoken) who has experience working in cafe/casual dining places.
You must have prior experience of cook to order menus and cooking healthy, fresh dishes. Our menu doesn't use refined sugar, and we focus on vegan and gluten free dishes.
It is vital you have food safety training and fully understand HACCP and can keep excellent kitchen records.
You must be prepared to follow recipes and specifications for dishes with our guidelines. It would be an advantage if you have an interest in healthy eating with an understanding of raw food.
The cafe only operates for breakfast and lunch with occasional evening functions. Your work pattern would be Friday to Tuesday generally 8am-4.30pm
You must live locally within 45 minutes commute time.
You will be provided full training and uniform. We are a small hard working team that wants to grow the business there is a real chance for promotion if the correct initiatives are taken up.
If you have a driver's license this would be good but not a requirement.
