The Gate Islington is hiring!
We are looking for a strong, highly motivated and professional Chef de Partie.
Duties include managing a section during service; cooking a variety of dishes to order; ensuring the section is clean and well prepped at all times with appropriate stock rotation; working under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef to learn new dishes and plating menu items.
The perfect candidates will have at least 1 year proven experience within a similar operation. Excellent Health and Safety record, able to meet targets, must be motivated and organised / good command of spoken English.
