An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at our flagship restaurant in South Kensington, which is a popular brunch spot and even more popular for Champagne dinners (although our brunches often feature fizz as well).
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing a section and will ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the menu specifications to ensure that each and every guest leaves happy.
